All purchases of digital and development services from EasyDevLabs are considered final once the project has begun. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and refunds may be issued under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • The project has not yet been started, and no development work has begun.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

  • EasyDevLabs is unable to complete the project for reasons beyond the client’s control.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The project has started and initial work, design, or development has been delivered.

  • Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication, late responses, or missing content.

  • The client requests features or changes not included in the original project scope.

  • The service was purchased by mistake after confirmation of project initiation.

3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be considered if a portion of the work has been completed but not delivered, and the client wishes to cancel the project.
All such cases are reviewed individually to ensure fairness to both parties.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@easydevlabs.com with your project details, proof of payment, and reason for the request.
Once received, we will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

5. Service Modifications and Revisions
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, we encourage you to reach out first. Our team will review the issue and provide revisions or corrections as outlined in your service package before considering a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed or delivered projects.

  • Domain registrations, hosting fees, or third-party integrations.

  • Consultancy and strategy sessions.
