At EasyDevLabs, we provide digital services and deliverables such as custom web applications, responsive websites, e-commerce platforms, and API integrations. Since our services are digital and not physical products, delivery occurs electronically and is customized for each client.

1. Service Delivery Method
All projects and deliverables are provided digitally. Depending on the project, delivery may include:

  • Secure access to your project files, hosting environment, or live website.

  • Delivery via email, shared drive, or project management platform (e.g., GitHub, Google Drive, Trello).

  • Documentation and credentials shared directly with the client.

2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected service:

  • Custom Web Applications: 10–14 business days

  • Responsive Web Design: 5–7 business days

  • E-commerce Development: 7–10 business days

  • API Integration: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines begin once the initial payment is confirmed and all required project materials (content, assets, or instructions) have been received from the client.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all necessary project details, assets, and credentials.

  • Respond promptly to communication during the project timeline.

  • Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe.

4. Delays and Revisions
While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, delivery timelines may be extended if:

  • The client requests additional changes or new features outside the project scope.

  • There are delays in client communication or approval.

  • Technical dependencies (e.g., hosting setup, third-party APIs) cause unexpected delays.

Any change in delivery dates will be communicated clearly and promptly.

5. Completion and Acceptance
A project is considered successfully delivered once the agreed-upon deliverables are submitted to the client. The client then has a 5-day review period to request revisions. If no feedback is received within that time, the project will be deemed accepted and closed.
